The 2026 Green and Blue pointed, autumn EBU Congress will take place in Croatia, at the stylish 5-star Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa. Enjoy the mild climate of October in this wonderful, welcoming country, home to beautiful coastlines dotted with charming towns and villages.
Overlooking Kvarner Bay and the pretty town of Opatija, our contemporary hotel has fantastic facilities for you to enjoy during your free time, including its own 200-metre stretch of beach and a beautiful infinity pool with amazing views. The Eforea Spa & Health Club has Roman & Finnish saunas, hot and cold pools, a Himalayan salt room, an expansive indoor heated swimming pool as well as a state-of-the-art fitness centre. There’s a beautiful coastal promenade walk from the hotel beach to the picturesque town of Opatija. which is approximately 5km away.

For guests arriving on the 5th or 6th of October, you will enjoy free time prior to the start of the EBU Congress.
With our flight-inclusive package, you will fly to Pula or Trieste Airport. From here, you will be transferred to the 5-star Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort .

Today, our coach picks us up from the hotel and transfers us to Rovinj, one of the most picturesque towns on the Istrian coast. Sit back, relax and enjoy the scenic ride as you make your way towards the Adriatic gem. On arrival, we are joined by our local guides who will take us on a guided walking tour through Rovinj’s charming old town.
Stroll cobblestoned streets lined with colourful Venetian-style houses, discover hidden squares, and learn about the town’s rich history and maritime heritage. Highlights include the lively harbour, medieval city gates, and the impressive Church of St. Euphemia, perched on the hilltop with panoramic views of the sea.
After the walking tour, we enjoy a relaxed 3-course lunch at Restaurant Dream, known for its welcoming atmosphere and local flavours.
After lunch, there’s some free time to explore at your own pace. You can visit the boutique shops, enjoy a coffee by the waterfront, or simply enjoy the gentle sea breeze before our coach returns us to the hotel.
